Even to the point of "citizens of the world" imposing their mandates such as the Yellowstone debacle. These people were NEVER the next door neighbor citizens, but "citizens" from afar running "local" lives.These people used to be called citizens.

It is something like the Supreme Court making laws and "interpreting" the written words of laws. 9 people imposing their whims of the day on the whole of the populace.
