Best possible outcome would be Bustabudget winning. If a Republican (or Arnie the RINO) wins, he faces a hostile legislature and only has two years 'fore the next election to do anything. Bascially, all he will accomplish is making the Republicans look worse. "Why isn't it fixed already?" the PRK'ers will whine.
Let the People's Republik of Kalifornia go down in flames with a Democrat at the controls. That is the best chance conservatives have. This whole recall was a crummy idea from the start, like starting a mutiny on the Titantic while its sinking.
