You are right about that one! After the alderwoman decided to pee behind a curatin last year so as not to lose her filibuster, I'm thinking there is something in that city water!!
I'm glad I got out of that sh!thole town years ago. BTW, the St. Louis American is the same newspaper that, in 1994, editorialized in favor of blacks committing violence against Republicans in general and Rush Limbaugh in particular. It's a thoroughly racist rag.
