Don't confuse "articulate" with smarts. Bush has outfoxed the Democrats at every turn, to the point where all they've got now are 16 words, which, it appears, have fallen off the radar, and Florida 2000.

Personally, I'm kind of glad that Pres. Bush isn't the silver-tongued devil that his predecessor was! For a lot of us (yeah, we've got MBA's, JD's, and PhD's, too!)straight-talking...and once in awhile, nuck-u-lear...simply indicates someone's NOT trying to slide through something illegal. And as far as "dumb" vs. whatever Clinton allegedly was (no one knows what his grades were...Hillary had them sealed, like everything else!), the term "educated fool" comes to mind when some gushing idiot goes on about Slick.
