From what I've read, the ACLU's complaint is that minorities are too stupid to figure out a ballot and the election should be postponed until spring. In a normal world, I would not expect any judge to agree but who knows.

LOL - how true. The Dims position (remember the Palm Beach ballot fiasco in 2000?) is that THEIR voters are too stupid to be able to cast a ballot that 5-year olds handled with ease. The ACLU is just carrying on the old traditions.
