In fact it required that to vote on the second part of the ballot you must vote on the First part (To recall current office holder or to keep him) .

In fact it required that to vote on the second part of the ballot you must vote on the First part (To recall current office holder or to keep him) .
The court also ruled you do not have to vote on the first question to vote for a replacement candidate. I believe this is the only part of the recall procedures that was not upheld.
