Just how does a SC Justice get impeached? What is the proceedure?

It is probably in the Constitution or the Federalist Papers somewhere but I'm not familiar enough with either to know exactly where to look. If it is about gold I can go right to the page though. I guess it is time for me to broaden my horizons.
