If they see a speeder on the highway, do they draw guns upon them, too? How about someone who parks in a handicapped parking stall without a placard? Why, they ought to be handcuffed and have a gun shoved in their faces, too! (sheesh)

Is a misdemeanor really all you are charged with for crossing the border illegally?

Tell President Bush to get off his butt and protect our borders and sovereignty.

In the vast majority of cases, yes. The offenders are not even given trials, they are just driven across whichever border they crossed and deported. Only repeat offenders are charged with a felony.

Were these women and children carrying drugs? If so, then charge them with smuggling. If not, then send them back.

Vigilantism erodes justice. What would you propose instead of citizens' arrest in this situation? You're quick to criticize but you're not offering any suggestions as to how we can solve this problem. Or do you think we should have open borders? I see the border militias as a form of civil disobedience. It comes with a price, but the accused are putting their freedom and safety on the line to get our attention. They are already starting to pay for it. But they are acting in the common interest and apparently with deeply held convictions. How can we obviate the need for their protest?

Your perserverance has paid off.
Lars Larson, Hannity, Scarborough and Savage are now covering the illegals.
Now we have a scarey situation in Cali.
If Davis resigns to stop the recall we will have Bustamante to finish turning the state into Mexifornia.
Is Bustamante a La Raza supporter. I know he is a LULAC supporter. Which is almost as bad. One of their goals is that illegal hispanics should be allowed to work airport security. Youch.

Remember that cuban kid in Florida? The one with the mp5 in his face? That gunman had a badge. What do you think of that?

Nope, but then that's not a felony. Invading our country illegally should be a capital crime.

What would you propose ...
Since you asked, I am in favor of instituting a bracero-type program again to bring in those who choose to work in North America. Once the work is completed the guest workers are sent home.

Cruz "El Cerdo Loco" Bustamante, MEChA vermin and anti-American louse, is about as bad as they get. To wit....
Cruz Bustamante Mechista and Reconquista
|
|
The Making of Bustamante After Washington, Bustamante attended Fresno State University, where he served in the student senate and began dabbling in community politics, learning about partisan politics first-hand. "I wasn't the most radical Mechista [M.E.Ch.A, which stands for Movimiento Estudiantil de Aztlan, is a Chicano student organization known for its ethnocentric views]. At the same time, there were a lot Vietnam veteranos attending school. They were like big brothers, and they taught me a lot." ....Martha and the Latino caucus responded with a press conference to offer a moderate plan to stem immigration. But it ended in chaos when Cruz Bustamante, a farm-country Fresno Democrat, said, "We could not conduct business without the immigrant." Dumbfounded reporters asked if he supported illegal immigration. "My district requires it," he answered. Bustamante restricted future press conferences to the Spanish language media.See: MotherJones ND93: Can we all get along? (Cruz Bustamante is the Lt. Governor of California. On August 7, 2003, the Mechista liar announced he would be running for governor in the Gray Davis recall election on October 7... something he previously vowed not to do.) |

No, we are a Christian nation. We do not shoot unarmed economic refugees because we dislike how our liberal politicians cater and pander to those who need their labor.

If Davis resigns to stop the recall...Constitutionally impossible. The recall is on and Arnold will win.

You never know if they have drugs just by looking at them. Can you tell an illegal by looking at them?

Shoving a gun in the faces of women and children is not an assault? These are the very people who, when they make it to Phoenix, tend to shove guns in our faces. Let's hear from you again when one of them jacks your car.
