Any gay "country" star will be mostly Pop not country. Any rumour of "homo" in any male artist will be shunned in Nashville. Ty Herndon's career tanked faster than the bullitt train when word got out about him.

What do you call a cowboy with a guitar, taking a bow with his pants down on stage? The opening act for Ty Herndon....

I repeat, a bit more succinctly:

Any gay "country" star will be mostly Pop not country. Any artist haunted by rumors of "homo" will be shunned in Nashville. The opening act for Ty Herndon....

Just my 2 cents, but MOST country these days is really pop with steel guitars.

Real country music gets almost no airplay any more.
