He HAS to be carrying somebody else's water. No other explanation makes sense to me. He's dull and boring, and perhaps a bit out of touch, but this was an INSANE thing for him to do.

He said right at the end that he's "eventually" going to come out an endorse a candidate, in a way that strongly hinted he's already decided who that candidate is. Perhaps Dean? Dean is so inevitably going to fade over the next few months, perhaps Gore thinks an early-January endorsement from The Mighty Algore will rejuvenate Dean's by-then-flatlining campaign.

That would certainly be a slap in the face to Lieberman...the man he thought SO highly of that he chose him to run as his Vice President. Talk about sowing confusion with the Democratic voters.

I DO love this type of cacophony!

Why would Gore take it *upon himself* to endorse anybody? I really think he's up to something, and not in a plan of his own design.

They way I see it, he's completely out of touch with most Americans, and perhaps a bit out of touch with reality.
