Appalling. Margaret Sanger had to be one of the most hateful women ever born. At least the ignorance of a THomas Malthus could be partially excused by the fact he lived in an age when enlightened resistance to bigotry didn't exist on any large scale. Sanger knew precisely what she was doing and precisely why she was doing it. Sort of like Hitler but with a better PR scheme.
