When I heard this on Rush, I was stunned.

I'm no "impeach 'em" person. My first option is not to try to mount some movement to remove people from office. But this clearly is an impeachable, and serious, crime against the Constitution. Any Republican with any cajones should start proceedings immediately despite what the "backlash" would be.

SCOTUS is totally corrupted. Time to impeach everybody but Scalia and Thomas! (Rehnquist deserves it just for letting all this crap happen).

Regarding your post #31 comment, I totally agree. If a judge is unwilling to uphold his or her commitment to the United States Constitution and that only, he or she should be impeached and removed from office.

The problem is that we do lack Congressmen with the nerve to do what they should do. So, it won't happen.
