As long as he keeps selling the burkas to new visitors at the Canteen - you'll have plenty of people willing to pay you to take their unused/unwanted burkas! LOL!!!

Let me see if I have this right:
Tomkow sells the burkas to the new canteen visitors.
Then they pay me to take the burkas off their hands.
Then I donate the burkas to the military for target practice.
Then I claim the donation as tax credits.
Just one problem: I don't pay taxes! My parents pay them.
