How dare he equate himself with Christ in this obscene manner! The blind, unthinking hubris is absolutely evil.
I caught his victory sound-bite this morning before going to work and he does seem to be gloating. If he were at all concerned about the office of a bishop he would have stepped aside long ago. He should have the brains to see the harm he is causing. Seems far from perfect (not to mention the sodomy, adultery, divorce, ...)
