In one astounding paragraph, the report says that, "The commitment of The Times' leadership to diversity must be embraced from top to bottom and institutionalized as part of all journalistic conversations."

The Times "leadership" SHOULD be committed. It's very telling that they want all of their employees "institutionalized."

Two suicides at the Times last year. One editor jumped out of a window at the paper's Times Square office. The other was found floating in the Hudson. They think he jumped off the GW bridge.
