Agree with you both. This sounds like an operational test of a new kind of Leftist vandal-activism, or a resuscitation of Weatherman terrorism.

I can't imagine a group like this getting a friendly reception in that part of the world. In-laws are in E-town, and even the Dems in that state are old school, still love America types. The in-laws are serious Republicans, very involved in local politics over the years.
