St. Paul, MN, 8/5/03- AP: Prosecutors today declined to press charges against distinguished professor Mine Al Ener for the death of her infant daughter, Raya Donagi. "The child was in the second trimester of post-partum existance and therefore liable for extinguishment in light of the Supreme Court's recent decision in Roe v. Ashcroft," said Ima Stooge, spokesperson for the Ramsey County State's Attorney's Office. "Ms. Al Ener reached her decision in concert with her chiropractor, Dr. Dudley Kwack, and as such this is a privacy issue and is out of bounds for my office." Stooge went on, however, to explain that Professor Al Ener could face misdemeanor charges as the extinguishment was not carried on in a state approved facility such as the newly opened Wellstone Women's Health and Organ Harvesting Clinic. It is not expected that this incident will hinder the work of Al Ener whom is considered a leading exponent of enlightenment in women's issues.

I correct myself: For "child" insert "organism".
