To me the funny thing is that they will reject scripture on the one hand if it is not reasonable to them, but then pick the ones they like and hammer you about it as if scriptural all of a sudden matters. Seems its political brainwashing in action, not religion. Common in America, as my catholic wife rejects everything that makes demands on her or opposes her liberal views , but goes ballistic if I assert the same freedom of interpreting marriage requirements in the scriptures. Go figure. I reject the demands of such silly people with no moral standing except feelings of the moment.
