I highly doubt this letter is legit. But even if it is why would FR accept it knowing that any signed negative letter or email from a trooper in Iraq cold result in a court martial or other punishment? We have seen the abuse given to family members who complain about their husbands or relatives stays in Iraq on this site first hand.

You'll never give up this one train of thought. I could post the letter my son just sent, hell I'll scan the envelope and all if you dont believe where it actually came from. He doesnt exactly write flowery letters of love and understanding, but he does speak the truth about what he see's and feel's.
As for the 6 who showed up on TV to complain, they are not in so much trouble as you might think, but their CO's might be for allowing the morale of their units to get to that point.
