There were NO TORN clothes. I was just starting to ask how you wind up with torn clothes if the sex started out as consentual. Was she not even going to strip for her quickie? How romantic! Or was Kobe such a beast that "consentual" means ripping off her clothes before whipping out his manhood?
We really are hearing two different stories and I think we're just going to have to wait until trial to see what is fact and what is disinformation.
So far, neither side of the story completely adds up.

No! I am not watching MSNBC. Thanks for the update.
For the record, I pointed out that Luke Bray's account was the girl drove home alone so there was a discrepancy.
I believe I have made it clear all along that I trust no media account totally until it is ultimately presented in court, but that I intend to speculate based on the record at hand. I've made a huge effort to always disclaim "if true, if it turns out, IF etc, etc. etc.".
Naturally when going back and forth the "if" is implied after one makes it clear they are speculating on the available record, but that is and always has been my stance. However, statements by parties made directly on tv, like the Bryant statement, the DA's statements, and so on I accept as the actual state of the record.
Now it is dinnertime in sunny AZ. So I still won't be watching any cable news. Updates always appreciated.
