Because, despite the cr*p we have to deal with sometimes, it remains one of the most interesting, diverse and wealthiest states in the country.

Corruption is not unique to New Jersey and it is not as heavily entrenched at the local level as it is in some other areas of the United States.

And at least here in NJ you can actually try to fight municipal corruption without ending up dead or run out of town on a rail.
