I wasn't a good shot when being fired at. Generally I was able to hit what I was firing at because I was firing an M-16 in bursts. Cops don't have that option. Go with the .40 cal.and get the greater stopping power.

"bullets" or rounds? I can put together a large assortment of "rounds" or "cartridges" with varying brass/nickle casings, primers, powder and actual projectiles aka, "bullets." There is no such thing as the perfect bullet/or cartridge.

The 9mm is nothing more than a poor coyp of a .38 Special. Every time it is used, it exhibits it incapability. That cops do not train enough is true enough.

Give me 9mm Jacketed Hollow Points, and the guy you hit will go down. Unfortunately most police forces cannot use hollow points, but full metal jacketed rounds.
