I just have to ask

They have no disclaimer, they don’t say there a parody, they present themselves as the official WTO website and have done a complete copy of official WTO website ,other then change the text, they even have flooded the search engines out there to be the first hit

If I were to copy let say the DNC website, alter the text ( say put a few extra words in there mouth that could cost them votes), then flooded the search engines out there and present it as the official DNC website just to mess with them and interfering with their business. I would expect to get sued

That's RTMark for ya. This isn't the first time they've pulled this sort of thing.

That's because you'd be spoofing a site that gives half a damn. I don't think the WTO falls under that category.
