I do think there are many that will keep an eye on them and wether PBA are being performed or not.
How? By installing cameras in abortion mills?
Would any of us really want to establish the precedent, even over abortion, of having videotaped governmental review of our medical procedures?
How is this legislation enforceable?

This bill prohibits "partial birth abortion" as it is being performed today. If the abortionists ignore the law and continue the slaughter, some will eventually be caught and prosecuted. This will definitely put a damper on the volume of abortions. If the abortion industry then changes the procedure to wiggle around the stated intent of the law, ie, find some other way to kill the baby during a so-called birthing process, then we'll at least be a step closer to being able to amend the law or write a new one to ban even more abortion procedures.

How is this legislation enforceable? How is any legislation enforceable, Saber?
I'm pretty sure this law will be enforced the same way every other law is.
We have a cause to celebrate! There will soon be a LAW banning partial birth abortion! This could never have happened under Demonrat leadership.

How? By installing cameras in abortion mills? In the same way we are learning and finding out what is happening in those offices/clinics now.
