There are children murdered by PBA killers who are the age my daughter was when born by emergency C-section. I have yet to meet a single person, even among my leftmost Hollywood-type friends (since the know my daughter), that hasn't had to concede the point.
This bit of legislation, while a step, is one that will be sidestepped. Let's acknowlege it for what it is, but not oversell it.
