The occurrance rate of ESP and relate psychic phenomena is always inversely proportional to the degree of care taken in observation -- laboratory or no. This is just not so, js1138. ESP is an embarrassing unexplainable to modern science, is what I'm hearing. I would go so far as to say that most if not all experience it.
I'v managed to live going on six decades without hearing a first or second hand report of ESP.
