Well the article's assertions about the Documents we've found could be very well be true because Kay said he had found more than enough to convince him there was a program just based on the WMD Documents alone.

He also said he had found some "Physical evidence" but he of course did not go into anything specific...

True enough, but it is the specificity in the Debka report which has me wondering.

Is all this detail based on actual hard information or has Debka taken what Kay said publicly and from it extrapolated what seems to them to be a likely scenario by the SWAG (scientific wild-assed guess) syatem?
