As usual, Hillary! proclaims that these filibuster nominees are "bad", but no specifics on why they are "bad". Liar, liar, crusty Mao pant suit on fire.
"If the American public really understood much of this (Bush) administration's agenda, they would reject it," said Clinton.
Yeah, we're all stupid, and you're smart. What an arrogant @$$.

Did she know it was not a conspiracy when she said it was, or did faulty judgment or intelligence tell her there was a conspiracy when there isn't one? Is she taking personal responsibility for her previous misstatement? If she knew it was a misstatement when she said it, er, a lie, is she telling the truth now that she lied before?
And is it now her redacted statement that "There is a vast right wing."?

Isn't it amazing that these losers actually say(possibly believe) that all the socialistic policies enacted in the early 1900's saved capitalism. I am amazed at the shear stupidity and arrogance of them. May they rot in peices.

"...mandating overtime pay..."
I know several employees of a major airlines and a major airline maker who will scream bloody murder if their precious overtime is cut. They're union people, and BY GOSH they deserve that double and triple overtime! It's darn tough to get by these days on $65-$75K a year with just 40 hours a week.

When did Hillary get interested in Constitutional principles? She sure didn't display it when Bubba was President. I think that she is more interested in subverting the Constitution than supporting it.

I agree with you about the Clinton source of Pure Evil. Unfortunately, in the past there was no internet and mass media ruled.
Others may have been equally evil (FDR?)and we simply didn't know.

It's an interesting comparison: the Federalist Society was started by students; This ACS group was founded by faculty. I think that's a good sign.

ROTFL. This coming from a woman who knows how to hide everything.

Actually the overtime laws probably don't even apply to them now since they are making that much. At least that is what the Dept of Labor told me when I inquired about hourly Registered Nurses making $44k.
They said they would be considered Hourly-Exempt because of the amount of their compesation. And I clarified it well. The Labor Dept guy asked, "So are you going to go cut out your employee's overtime pay?. And I said, "In the middle of a nursing shortage? I don't think so!"
Their overtime is due to Union contracts which won't be affected with the proposed legislation changes.
But I'm in favor of the overtime laws. Too many corporations would work people 80 hours a week if there was not a financial disincentive to do so. And there are financial incentives to do that such as avoiding extra benefits for a new body, etc. And that's from a business owner who probably paid $10,000-$20,000 in overtime last year.
The one exception is that we had a nurse that was turning in excessive time and didn't have the productivity to show for it. The labor department said I had to pay the overtime, but I could discipline her any way I wanted including terminating her or reducing her pay for hours worked in the future, once I notified her of the change. So we changed her compensation to a cpmparable pay per patient visit basis and told her she could take as much time as she wanted. And that if her productivity improved and stayed that way for a couple of weeks, we'd change her back to hourly. Rather than try to improve, She quit. But she couldn't draw unemployment and there was nothing she could do legally.

"Hillary to Lawyers: Public Unaware of 'What's Really Happening."
And I'm going to keep it that way.

budgets and such have to be passed or the government will shutdown. There's another option. Congress can pass a bill authorizing gov't at the previous year's levels. That's happened before.
It's not ideal, but it gives them time to work through issues if they are really trying to do so.
And if they can't pass at least some of the 13 authorization bills, then it's clear that we've elected the wrong people.
