Japanese lawmakers in the upper house got into a shoving match July 25 over a bill that would send Japanese troops to help with the reconstruction of Iraq. Yuko Mori, a female opposition lawmaker (center), swarms over the crowd in an effort to reach a chairman involved in the bill's passage. The ruling party planned to approve the bill.
