This is a rip. The reason homos and lesbians take different vacations is for a reason - they are sex jogs. Rosie seems to think they need a "family" oriented vacation.

She is either tapping a niche in the market, or is living in a dream world. I vote the latter. I'd like to monitor the success of this venture.

Translation: What Rosie actually thinks is that the recent backlash against gays may stop once America sees: "men" (gay men) AND "women" (lesbians) AND "kids" ALL vacationing together.

But, having read how poorly she is running this new Broadway show she is doing, I doubt this travel venture will succeed either. People keep saying she is extremely difficult to work with.
