This sounds like a nice payday. Al will personally negotiate millions in contracts for Black businesses. In return, they will give him a hoard of cash 'off the books'. Just like Tony Soprano. They cannot find enough minority companies. So why is the protest given legitimacy? The minority participation is at or near 100%! Don't worry...new companies will miraculously appear.The City will cave to Al even though White companies will be further discriminated against and they know he will skim money.

Within 1 day Al is now RUNNING the department at Metro in control of disbursing 500 million. think about it. They will also take Al's advice and referral on hiring a diversity training company for tens of thousands.
