A Batesville woman and a Georgia man will go on trial Sept. 22 for charging fees to file false claims for a reparations tax credit and lawsuits alleging discrimination against black farmers.
Morris James, president of the Montezuma, Ga.-based National Resource Information Center, pleaded innocent Wednesday in U.S. District Court in Greenville, said Billie Maddox, courtroom clerk for U.S. Magistrate Eugene M. Bogen.

Birks said she doesn't know whether she and three other family members will get their $312 back. But she does know that those who lied to her should be punished. "I know people do wrong, but, my God, this here is something else. It's just terrible. I don't know how they can live with themselves," Birks said. "You just don't do people like that."
Heres an idea, Sweetie Stop trying to find blood-sucking schemes that will allow you to siphon free money out of society, and you wont be such an easy, dumbass target for con men.

The "victims" are as either as crooked as those two or so stupid they should not be allowed out in public alone.

Black racism is so strong in our country, passed from black racist parent to black racist kid, that it seems that this would be a great area for scams. I get two Nigerian scam messages a day. Are there broad scams out there on the net focused on making whitey pay for the terrible things he did to po' black folks?
The area seems so fertile. Structure it as an arm of the democrat party, the King foundation, and ask for a fee for the forms to claim your share of the "secret" fund that was set up after the civil war and has been kept in Canada. Can't have white guys run it because it would be hate crimes, but I am surprised that there has been a LOT more of this kind of thing.

The woman is from Batesville home of Ronnie Musgrove so it is really a Republican conspiracy.

These con men are pikers compared to liberals. In fact, the groundwork was all done for them by the liberal-endorsed, larcenous, racist hustlers trying to swindle the entire white population with demands for reparations for "slavery."

No, Barnum never said "there is a sucker born every minute." Someone "said" that Barnum "said" that, and it became "so." Besides if he had lived in the 21st Century Barnum would have said there's a sucker born at least every 15 seconds!
Barunum was once mayor of Bridgeport, the largest city in CT. His home in Bridgeport is open to the public. It is on or very near the coast.
