If I knew I was being accused of rape, and knew I was guilty of no more than adultery, you better believe I would tell the police the truth. Like the $4 million ring, Bryant's lies are evidence that he knew he was guilty of more than mere adultery.

Well that settles it then, since he bought a $4 million dollar ring for his wife he must be guilty of rape.

Think about it, Whether Kobe is convicted or not that ring is a moneymaker on E-bay. It probably won't make up for the lost endorsement money but it should buy plenty of Escalades, blow and bimbos for a few years after his release from the minimum security prison if he's convicted. Even if he walks the ring is still worth twice what he paid for it because it's the "one ring".
