Thank you for your post! I believe you are describing the f-Theory which neither betty boop nor I support. The other article, the Constraints on Extra Time Dimensions at post 132, dealing with gravity propagation in extra time dimension is much more illuminating. I see great potential to unravel the mystery of dark energy and much more.
