This is becoming downright curious. Basically, I see no expectation for the Skoreans and Japan to take responsibility for a situation that affects them very closely and to which they have much history and cultural ties. I haven't even given in the the temptation to talk about Japanese Imperialist exploitation of Koreans in WWII....
Instead, only Americans can be racist for not being thrilled at the prospect of more third-world immigration.
But the Japanese, well, they're just so *crowded*. That means they're not racist. Just *crowded.*
