Nah its non-discriminatory. Old men with young girlfriends are still allowed in - although that is even creepier really. Kinda turns my stomach even at age 27 to be approached by 18 year olds, and when I see 40 year old despos with incipient wrinkles and 20 year girlfriends I wanna heave. Heh. I don't suppose now is a good time to tell you that I'm married to a 24-year-old woman and I'm 41. We met when she was 19 and I was 36. (Of course, I look 10 years younger than I actually am.)
