You're exactly right about Gore trying to steal the election. The endless recounts were for five democratic counties alone; a statewide recount was never entertained by Gore.
Of course, the propagandists in the party were quick to give the impression that a statewide recount was what Gore wanted, and thus the airwaves were saturated with "Let every vote count" - a handy Orwellian phrase manufactured out of thin air.

I beg to differ concerning your point that liberals believe that the Constitution is a "living document" that must change according to societal norms.
No. It is a simply a document that must be interpreted to be supportive of more and more equality. That is the only interpretation that they allow. That is their dogmatism so far as the Constitution is concerned.

The Florida voters were going to show their anger at Jeb in the 2002 elections. He won, as this "film maker" may not recall.
Whenever I hear the old "The election was fixed" comment I always say. "They THOUGHT they had it fixed but Bush won anyway. NOW do you believe in God?"
Goes down real smooth

Vote fraud is a Democrat staple. Some elected Democrats are not even aware of that fraud was used to help elect them. If they stray from the Democrat line, they will then be made aware of the fraud and how it can be used against them in the next primary.

No. It is a simply a document that must be interpreted to be supportive of more and more equality. That is the only interpretation that they allow. That is their dogmatism so far as the Constitution is concerned. They may say that, but that's not always how they operate. The Grutter decision, for example, was a defeat, not a victory, for equality under the law.

The theme of this movie is:
"We will NEVER forget Election 2000. We CAN'T get over it. We will continue to OBSESS over Election 2000 over and over and over and over and over again until well past the time folks get sick of hearing from us. Al Gore should have tackled that Pretender Bush on the way to the inauguration and physically prevented him from the oath of office. We will sit here letting the bitter bile of Election 2000 eat away at us until we are no longer functional members of society."

Three words: Get....over.....it..... No! NO! NOOOOOO!
We will NEVER get over it. We will obsess over Election 2000 unto the end of time. Do you remember where you were when the U.S. Supreme Court stole the election from Al Gore? We rank this tragedy right up there with the Cruxifixion, the Pearl Harbor attack, and the assasination of JFK. We will grab people off the street to tell and retell and retell and retell the tragedy of Election 2000. We WON'T let go! It is our whole life and we are so obsessed with Election 2000 that we are even making a career of it. Not only with this documentary but we also have a wide array of Stolen Election 2000 products available as T-Shirts, coffee mugs, placemats, and caps. Order today and you too can devote all your waking hours obsessing over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again about Election 2000.

Can you help me find a news reference to the Democrat who was caught with the voting machine in the trunk of his car during the Florida recount? It seems to have disappeared off the face of the earth, but I know it happened! (The usual... another argument with a lib.)

Can you help me find a news reference to the Democrat who was caught with the voting machine in the trunk of his car during the Florida recount? It seems to have disappeared off the face of the earth, but I know it happened! It sure DID happen, and I'm sure it's in the FR archives. Figuring out what search words to use might be tricky, but it's in there.

These folks remind me of nothing so much as a slightly less eloquent Rosie Coldfield -- "Absalom! Absalom!" reference.

It is telling that there are filmmakers gearing several films up, in order to influence the election, yet, there has not been one, I repeat NOT ONE, film concerning Osama's terrorism on 9-11.

when the U.S. Supreme Court handed Bush the presidency over Gore on December 12, 2000,Even if the recounts had been done as ordered by FLOTUS, Bush still would have won. SCOTUS handed him nothing he didn't already have, they just stopped the Dem schennanigans...
