Well that was a solid college try!

Now, to be fair, you need to note that those top ten ratings were from other academics around the nation -- a case of the far left giving high marks to the way, way, way far left.

The location is spectacular (which still galls some of us in the area...they've got some of the best damn real estate to be found anywhere). Sitting on Cooper Point with literally millions upon millions of dollars worth of Puget Sound shoreline property (some of which is used for the nude beach...which wouldn't be so bad except that all the women are lesbos, and look the part -- and it's mostly the men who strut around naked).

You need one of the new bumper stickers:

Conservatives are from Mars, Liberals are from URANUS

I see what you mean now, when you said it would be an uphill fight for Nethercutt to unseat Sen. Patti Murray. The liberals are using taxpayer money to brainwash young people into becoming Marxist foot soldiers. Disgusting.

The more correct ranking is "in the top ten small liberal arts colleges in the nation West.

For the other readers: You don't receive any grades, you write up a "self-evaluation" on how you "feel" about your "experience."

For the other readers: You also write up a "Faculty Evaluation" and submit it *before* you receive your evaluation.

Not when I was there 1984-87, it was top ten small colleges in the nation. I was in the Computer Science program.

For the other readers: You don't receive any grades, you write up a "self-evaluation" on how you "feel" about your "experience."

The important evaluation is given by the professor at the end of the term. There are tests, projects, lab work, along with textbooks to be studied and papers to be written. Evergreen has a very high rate of acceptance at graduate schools around the nation.

For the other readers: You also write up a "Faculty Evaluation" and submit it *before* you receive your evaluation.

Hmmm, I don't remember that. I do know that in my senior year Computer Science program we started with around 55 students that had passed a difficult screening test, at years end less than 12 of us made it through.

It's a shame he lived.

Every once in a while, I'm ashamed to be associated with freepers; well, some freepers. This is one of those times. Life is precious; college students are notoriously stupid. This is just wicked.

I bet a lot of FReepers did stupid stuff in college, myself included. I would also bet that ZERO Freepers joined a viruently anti-American, anti-Israel, active, international, commie-backed terrorist-aiding organization, travelled halfway around the globe, and vandalized security infrastructure designed to keep filthy jihadists from murdering innocent Jewish schoolchildren.

There's a huge difference between college pranks and international terrorism.

Terrorists should be killed, period.

You went to Evergreen and you refer to your "Senior year?"

I'm suspicious because in Evergreen-speak it's always referred to as "fourth year", as in "I'm a fourth-year student" thus avoiding 'dominance-based emotional trauma' and classism for those who've only been there 1, 2, or 3 years. Actually I'm sure you went there. Just having some fun.

These self proclaimed "Protesters for Palestine" are nimrods! They are supporting the very people that danced in the streets while the WTC burned and Americans died..
How do you think these little half-wits get over there? Mommy and Daddy's checkbook? Not likely! Try Saudi Arabian supported funds and grants. These drooling rejects from momma's apron strings have NO idea just how truly used they are. I could care less if 20 or 30 of them get killed.
They would cheer if some Arab terrorist crashed a plane into your kid's school!

Yeah, good point. There's a difference between getting a tongue stud and becoming a terrorist.
