I keep trying to explain that to rank-and-file antigunners, but they never want to admit the truth of that statement.
Taking them to the range seems to be vastly more effective.
Since I don't have kids, I consider it my duty to convert antiguinners into well-trained, well-armed, avid gunners instead.
Each of us must wage this culture-war using tactics suited to our situations, yes?

yes?YES!
We must all do all that we can.
I have better spent $50.00 at the range convincing a few previous anti-gunners to support the 2nd Amendment than a $50.00 donation to a pro-gun group could ever do.
However, we must financially support the pro-gun groups too. They have the bigger voice.
The great thing is that it is YOUR money to spend where you think it will do the most good!
BTW, welcome to FR.
