Do gooders have slipped in a mandatory seat belt law through fraud. They put it up for vote and swore it would never be used to stop a driver if enacted. 5 years later that part of the equation is gone.
Now it's "Click it or ticket"
Helmet laws are finally being recinded and the cagers are screaming for vengence & equality in the fraudulent enactment of laws. The socialists are putting out feelers to see if they can ramrod another state into enacting a failed helmet law.
How dull and vindictive can people be? This insurance reasoning bullcrap is a smoke screen as much as the promise of 'no-stop' on seat belt laws.
It took 22 years to dump the Florida helmet laws and replace them with slightly more intelligent age and insurance restrictions and only after a pubbie was elected Gov to sign the darn bill. (Thanks JEB!)
Good thing lawyers run the world. At least they ride.
Doctors and Dentists mostly are trailer fags.

I have a friend that contents that seat belt laws actually cause more acidents. They give people a false sense of security. He contends that accident rates would go down if you removed air bags and selt belts and replaced them with spikes on the dash boards.
Speaking of airbags the Gov't showed their stupidity in that issue. The soccer mom's rushed out to make it manditory for car makers to put airbags in cars only to increase the death rates to childred in the front seats by those air bags.
