So you'd see a dead cop as a proper exchange for a punk who got a little taste of his own medicine a year ago?
I'll tell you what really got "capped" long ago: the image of LA as a "multicultural" showcase for "diversity." Go hang out in Inglewood yourself, if you don't believe me.
