Exactly. What is it that WE can accept that fact without filing a lawsuit, but "they" can't?

Our state universities used to be willing to accept any student of the state without regard to sats scores.

That changed with the influx of foreign students who had more money to pay tuition and the college inflated their rates.

Now, American students have to compete with foreign dollars to get a decent education.

And we, the taxpayers, bear the cost of educating not our own children.
