It appears that Dubya's "strategery" is akin to a political "Rope-a-Dope."
At the Inauguration, the outgoing President was given a warning by George W. Bush with just a look. A look, I might add, that said volumes to anyone who might have seen the expression.
Can anyone access a shot of this scene?
I'd sure like to see it!
