Sad, maybe, yet what wonderful memories. Thank you for sharing them with us! Each such thing we hear about just makes him that much more special.
Don't be sad. Bob Hope lived a long, wonderful life. I'm sure his life was just as touched by the people he met as theirs were from meeting him. He's in a wonderful place now, reunited with his old friends....and probably putting on a Heavenly USO Show! :-)
