My Father in law talked to him "on the road" while he was in WWII.
He got my husband (underage) (and a bunch of other Marines in uniform)into a club.. when my husband told him that he had talked to his dad in WWII he made some crack about "Hey, I just got you into this club and now you're going to call me old!".. something like that!
I wonder how many Father/Son servicemen he entertained!
