Freep This Poll: Bush Lying or Telling Truth About Iraq's WMD
Most people taking the poll are convinced Bush is lying (57%). It needs a healthy Freeping.

I thought the latest GOP position was that it doesn't matter about WMD in Iraq...we got rid of Saddam.

Get real ! Some folks just hit the excepts link out of habit.
But, you know, I am easily torked off when Freepers like you that throw out dumb@ss allegations and just start flaming away. You sound just like a DU troll trying to stir up trouble.
But this is the last time I post a "Freep this Poll" alert. From now on, you will have to find your own stupid polls to Freep. Frankly, I do not care what the polls say. Either you support Bush or you support the left wing party line of the Dims.

So the WMDs are back on? They've never been off the GOP or democratic party "marching orders". People in the past have simply pointed out- correctly- that the WMD were not the only thing this was about.
To: ex-Texan
there is a difference between a lie and an honest mistake.
Attention liberals: When bill clinton looked at the camera and said "i did not have sex with that woman" that was a lie
When George W. Bush said "british intelligene reports that iraq is seeking uranium" that was the truth- and honest mistake, it was incorrect, but it was not a lie- he thought it was correct.

When George W. Bush said "british intelligene reports that iraq is seeking uranium" that was the truth- and honest mistake, it was incorrect, but it was not a lie- he thought it was correct. Wrong! It was correct. The British are standing behind their intelligence. So, when he said the 16 words in his SOTU address, it was the truth. (And still is for those who are keeping score...)

One would hope there is room for cognitive thought between the party lines. At any rate, American is not about "goose-stepping" to any political party or government mantra.
To: carton253
yeah you may be right about that- my point was he did not 'LIE' - if it was incorrect it was an honest mistake, not a dishonest one (or LIE).
oops I guess I lied (honest mistake?)
