Maria hasn't looked the same since she stopped doing her own hair. She had this, 'just woke up from sleeping on the couch', combed-the-hair-in-a-car-mirror look that the network mske-up crews can't duplicate.

They should stop preening her like some cat at a show, and go back to look ragged. That unkempt, don't-give-a-damn look is what got her a following in the first place.

Judging by your picture, I would say she has plenty of up front assets to trade on.

This HAS to be a joke...right????

By PATRICK McGEEHAN
Maria Bartiromo, the stock-market reporter and anchorwoman for CNBC, opened her hourlong television interview earlier this month with Sanford I. Weill, the chief executive of Citigroup, with an unusual disclosure. She told viewers that she owned 1,000 shares of Citigroup stock, then worth about $45,000.

Neither Ms. Bartiromo nor her supervisors thought her stake in Citigroup should disqualify her from questioning Mr. Weill about the company's future and his decision to step down as chief executive at year-end. Amy Zelvin, a spokeswoman for CNBC, said Ms. Bartiromo had abided by the network's policies, which Ms. Zelvin said were intended to ensure "compliance with the highest ethical standards."

Ms. Bartiromo's revelation highlighted an issue that has divided financial journalism. Many business news organizations — including The Wall Street Journal, BusinessWeek and Forbes — say that they forbid reporters from covering companies in which they have investments.

Maria cohosted with Larry Kudlow as a substitute for crazy cramer and the mail was overwhelmingly in favor of keeping her and several thought they ought to be a romantic couple......there was a lot of chemistry between them!!

How nice to see the facts rather than all the salacious speculation. Seems there is always someone ready to bash the successful!

Maria has just the right combination of the eyes and lips thing. Your comment about the frozen video clips is dead on. Bonus is that she is not too tall and probably rather diminutive/ compact in size. Some women are the beneficiaries of the camera more than others. Come to think of MB was a pioneer in the sexing up of Cable TV.

hehe..I found it "interesting" that this thread had gone through 46 posts full of everything except the facts.

Having read what it's actually about I can't figure out why the big deal. Must be a slow nooze day.

ps..I really don't mind all the other comments and pics about Maria...she is a hot little chick with a cute little...everything else.
