Brit was having mucho fun with Graham this morning...it is worth a peek. OHHHHH when they got into his pathetic standings in the Dems race and his inability to raise money...he went to his lame "we are gonna win" pump up the troops rally speech.

I don't think that's the story here. I think what it says is that his internals of Howard Dean's indicate that Dean is doing well. Bob Graham is quite clearly running for veep and this indicates that he's running for Dean's veep.
