The last time I was in Blytheville, we went to see the ducks in the park and a slobbering drunk approached us asking for a ride; Haven't been back since and that was at least 5 or 6 years ago. The whole Delta has gone to hell in a handbag and NW Arkansas is probably not too far behind them thanks to Tyson.
