Using "Clinton" and not the first name, is an interesting ploy. In the future, after Hillary is President (IF SHE WINS), she and her husband can morph their administrations into one, and the history books will just use Clinton, when describing events. That way, people might even forget that GW served between the two. (sarcasm, of course!)

Hillary already served as unelected copresident. If she is elected president, expect Bill to start calling himself a copresident too.
